Reimagining Health Together

Strengthen healthcare through collaborative change

Process | Ara tohu

The following is a process for how we might come together to achieve better health outcomes for our communities.

1. Manākitanga
 Lending a helping hand

A network supporting each other means that we can have a stronger foundation to realise our potential. Together let’s talk, we’re here to listen and understand what a locality means to you.

We can support you along the journey with understanding whānau needs, agreeing on a pathway and co-designing services for better outcomes.

2. Maramatanga Understanding the need
Reflecting on the challenges and the opportunities we could collaborate on

  • Through elevating lived experience

  • Valuing many perspectives from providers, whānau and other stakeholders

  • Reflecting on the changes needed

3. Nga Kaupapa Potential objectives

Exploring common objectives and scope, so what matters to you and your community is represented

4. Mahi tahi huarahi Work together on a pathway
Coming together to co-design* a pathway for a shared journey.
